MARYLAND WEDDING PLANNING/COORDINATION PACKAGES

Grand Package

Full Service Plus. for the client who want the coordinator to handle the details of the planning of the wedding due to time constraints or out-of town. In this package, I will assist you with your budget and perform as much of the planning as you desire.

Platinum Package

Full Service. Have time to plan your own wedding. However, you need a professional coordinator to assist with vendor selection,site selection, design ideas, to-do list preparation, etc. Coordinate and perform the rehearsal and day of coordination. We also assist with design idea and work with vendors that can make your wedding look and feel like no other. We take the stress out of your wedding by overseeing all details during the planning and more importantly during rehearsal and on the Day of to reduce stress to both the bride, groom and your all guest.

Gold Package

Day of Coordination and Rehearsal.
Idea for the bride who wants to relax and leave the details during the rehearsal and the day of to a coordinator.

Will have initial meeting and then meet 3-4 weeks before your wedding to visit the sites, discuss your vision and plans for the day, develop final to-do list based on our discussion of plans made to-date, review contracts and conduct follow-up calls with vendors, assist with creating the order of reception, assist with creating the outline for the wedding ceremony. Oversee all the Rehearsal and Day of Activities. This package does include limited planning services but only within the last few weeks to ensure all details have been taken care of. The package is equal to others Month of Package but for less!

As Needed Services

Allows you to get advice when needed for (1) help with selecting a particular vendor, (2) decorating ideas, (3) create to-do list, (4) meeting to ensure all required steps have been taken, (5) need to know how to get started (6) help with selection of sites, (7) help finding rehearsal location, etc.
