Packages include: Day of Coordination, Vendor Selection or Full Service Coordination

Maryland Wedding Planning/Coordination Packages

Grand Package: $4,500 - $8,000

Full Service Plus. for the client who want the coordinator to handle the details of the planning of the wedding due to time constraints or out-of town. In this package, I will assist you with your budget and perform as much of the planning as you desire.

Platinum Package: $2,400 - $2,850

Full Service. Want and have the time to plan your own wedding. However, you need a professional to assist you with vendor selection, site selection, design ideas, checklist preparation, etc. Help with negotiating contracts to help reduce cost. Attend some meetings and help with floor plan. Coordinate and perform the rehearsal and day of coordination.

Gold Package: (relax and enjoy your day) $1,275 - $1,500

Day of Coordination and Rehearsal. Will have initial meeting and then 1 or 2 meeting 4-6 weeks before your wedding to visit the sites, discuss your vision for the day, develop final to-do list based on our discussion of plans made to-date, visit both sites to discuss wedding day vision and plans, review contracts and contact vendors, assist with creating the order of reception, assist with creating the outline for the wedding ceremony, conduct rehearsal, conduct day of coordination for ceremony and reception.

As Needed Services- $55 per hour

Allows you to get advice when needed for (1) help with selecting a particular vendor, (2) decorating ideas, (3) create to-do list, (4) meeting to ensure all required steps have been taken, (5) need to know how to get started (6) help with selection of sites, (7) help finding rehearsal location, etc.
